This way Provide you to Upgrade directly without loosing any stuff , just you need to Select Install OSX nothing to do ..
This only and best method across to install as Apple Installation Way but only Support by Clover Bootloader Not by Chameleon Bootloader..
Now this guide starts ::

Note :: You can change OSX App and USB name as you have , if you have OS X Yosemite and you Your USB is named as USB then use this keyword :
sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Yosemite.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Yosemite.app --nointeraction
Hit the Return key and enter the admin password when requested (this is necessary to use sudo), you’ll then see numerous progress indicators as the process completes, it will be finished when the last messages is “Done.”
