Here you go. First Install given kexts with any kexts utility.

Make a folder in the root of your Hard Disk and name it "kernel" or anything you prefer.
Copy new kernel to new created folder, I used kernel as folder name and mach_kernel as kernel name.

Now, Boot in Single user Mode with the "-s" flag, and then type this:

mount -uw /
cp /mach_kernel /mach_kernel_old
cp /**folder with the new kernel**/**new kernel name** /mach_kernel

In my case I typed:

cp /mach_kernel /mach_kernel_old
cp /kernel/mach_kernel /mach_kernel

Then reboot.
